About you
As a labourer you will be a key member of production team to assist in shop floor tasks to ensure the factory is maintained to a high standard.
You will have a ‘can do’ attitude and be willing to assist in helping others with any maintenance needs. As an effective communicator you will work closely with colleagues to ensure the factory is up to standard.
Ideally you will have experience as a shop floor labourer and may even have an FLT licence to assist with any other needs on site. You will be organised and be able to complete tasks quickly and efficiently.
Skills:
- Have an FLT licence
- Have a basic H&S knowledge
- Understand manual handling practices

About the role
We are looking for a shop floor labourer who is happy switching from task-to-task dependent on business needs.
You will be exposed to all parts of the business both internally and externally to maintain the factory’s high standard, with no job being too big or small, you will thrive on having no two days being the same.
Accountabilities:
- To maintain clean and hygienic workspaces, ensuring the factory is clean and well maintained.
- To maintain the factory grounds
- To complete maintenance jobs to assist with the upkeep of the factory
