This solution transforms flat reels into sleeves and utilises proprietary Smart Wheel technology for consistent high-quality welds, delivering excellent performance for demanding applications. Complementing this is the TSR750 Turreted Seaming Rewinder, which also features Smart Wheel technology and offers uninterrupted operation thanks to its turret design. With dual solvent tanks and quick-change features, it maximises productivity and operational efficiency.

These systems represent just a part of ABGs extensive finishing portfolio, which includes non-stop winding solutions, laser die-cutting, RFID integration, premium embellishment systems, industry-leading turret rewinders, and robust inspection technologies. All solutions are designed and manufactured in-house to ensure consistent quality and high performance across production lines.
