Product Security

ABG designs and manufactures label finishing and converting equipment that includes software, control systems and connectivity. We take the security of our products and the customers who operate them seriously. This page explains how to report a security vulnerability in an ABG product, how we handle reports, and where we publish security notices.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in any ABG product, software or service, please tell us. Contact our product security team at productsecurity@abgint.com.

To help us act quickly, please include where possible: the product model and software or firmware version, a description of the issue and the conditions needed to reproduce it, the potential impact as you understand it, and how we can contact you for further information. We will acknowledge your report within three working days and keep you informed of progress. Please do not share details of a suspected vulnerability publicly until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and, where necessary, provide a fix.

This address is for security vulnerability reports. For service, support or general enquiries please use the usual customer contacts.

Coordinated vulnerability disclosure

ABG supports coordinated vulnerability disclosure. We welcome reports from customers, security researchers and partners, and we will work with reporters in good faith to understand and resolve issues. We will not pursue legal action against individuals who report vulnerabilities to us responsibly, who act in good faith, avoid privacy violations and disruption to ABG or its customers, and give us reasonable time to respond before any public disclosure. We do not currently operate a paid bug bounty programme. We will credit reporters in any public advisory where they wish to be named.

ABG also complies with its obligations under the EU Cyber Resilience Act, including notification of actively exploited vulnerabilities and severe incidents to the relevant European authorities.

Security advisories

ABG publishes security advisories here when we identify a vulnerability or incident affecting the security of our products that customers need to be aware of. Each advisory describes the affected products and versions, the nature of the issue, and the corrective or mitigating actions available.

No advisories are currently published.

Customers with affected equipment will also be contacted directly through their normal ABG service channels. If you have a question about the security of a specific machine, please contact your ABG service representative or productsecurity@abgint.com.
