Vectra HDTR
The Vectra HDTR is a 4-spindle turret rewinder, specifically designed to rewind large-diameter heavy rolls. Capable of rewinding finished rolls of up to 500mm in diameter, it can run in-line with a range of roll-to-roll printing presses, without any mechanical or electrical interfacing, as with all the Vectra range. A large variety of core sizes are available from 25mm to 150mm (1” – 6”).

Vectra HDTR
- The Vectra HDTR is the largest and most heavy duty turret rewinder in the ABG range. It is capable of rewinding rolls to a diameter of 500mm. The HDTR is capable of supporting a wide variety of core sizes from 25mm to 150mm (1”-6”).
- The HDTR can run inline with any roll-to-roll press with without any mechanical or electrical interfacing
- Available with either manual or automatic core glue application.
- Reinforced chassis to support larger rolls whilst maintaining our Vectra’s strong reliability.

COMPACT UNWIND
Operate your Vectra as a standalone solution with our compact unwind module. Standard options include 1,000mm diameter unwind, Integral roll lift, electronic web guide, splice table, auto-lift and scissor slitting unit. Upgrade your machine to include our AutoSlit solution as well as a turn bar to produce both inside and outside wound labels.
SLITTING MODULE
Maximise the capacity of your printing press by running a Vectra inline for a one-pass label manufacturing process. This standalone module adds slitting capabilities to the line as well as the option of a web turnbar to produce both inside and outside wound labels.
CORE BOWL FEEDER
Significantly reduce operator time and input with the vibrating bowl feeder to automatically replenish cores within the CLB core loader chute. Also available as a high speed model, the bowl feeder is fully interchangebale with the CLB core tower.
CLB AUTOMATIC CORE LOADER
Automatically load new cores into your Vectra with our fully servo driven core loader. Place cores with milimeter precise placement onto the rewind shaft or double stack cores together for wider roll sizes. Complete with storage tower, the CLB is also capable of positioning the core with a space in between, essential for certain substrates.
