Installation and Travel Administrator

We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude to liaise between Customer and Company with regards to new machinery installation. The individual will need to work well with others, have excellent communication skills, and be able to remain calm in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:
Adopt 5s and Lean Philosophy
Distribute machine information pack to Customers
Update Customer on installation schedule
Communicate customer requirements of unique tooling specific to each new machine
Relay Customer enquiries/request to production
Maintain open communication with production to ensure schedule is up to date
Work with Customer and Service team to Coordinate installation and training
Maintain installation database
Supervise Company Global customer care e-mail account
Organise personnel global travel itinerary and quickly react to logistical changes
Maintain Personnel VISA and global vaccination database
