Distribute machine information pack to Customers |
Update Customer on installation schedule |
Communicate customer requirements of unique tooling specific to each new machine |
Relay Customer enquiries/request to production |
Maintain open communication with production to ensure schedule is up to date |
Work with Customer and Service team to Coordinate installation and training |
Maintain installation database |
Supervise Company Global customer care e-mail account |
Organise personnel global travel itinerary and quickly react to logistical changes |
Maintain Personnel VISA and global vaccination database |
