Service Engineer

We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude who can provide Engineering Services to AB Graphic International Customers. The individual must have excellent communication skills, have a positive work ethic/professional attitude and be willing to travel.

Location: Bridlington and Middleton Office and Global Customer Facility

Key Responsibilities:
Adopt 5s and Lean Philosophy
Install new machinery and provide on-site training for Customer operators
Repair and test machinery
Install modifications and retrofit
Conduct onsite routine service and maintenance
Assist in-house job preparation
Complete action flow and job sheets for final Customer sign off
Update and submit personal administration regarding time sheets and expenses
Check call logging database
Log parts movements with parts department
Record mileage and vehicle condition
Active personal development regarding product and customer knowledge
Run machines for Customer demonstrations and factory acceptance tests

Key Skills
Web handling and Print Finishing experience
Mechanical and/or electrical aptitudes
Ability to read electrical schematic and mechanical drawings
Analytical approach to problem solving
