Install new machinery and provide on-site training for Customer operators |
Repair and test machinery |
Install modifications and retrofit |
Conduct onsite routine service and maintenance |
Assist in-house job preparation |
Complete action flow and job sheets for final Customer sign off |
Update and submit personal administration regarding time sheets and expenses |
Check call logging database |
Log parts movements with parts department |
Record mileage and vehicle condition |
Active personal development regarding product and customer knowledge |
Run machines for Customer demonstrations and factory acceptance tests |
