Human Resources Advisor
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable HR Advisor. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and support on various HR matters to both employees and management. You will have the enthusiasm and the passion to make a difference in the ever-changing landscape of manufacturing.
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of two years advisory experience and a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law. You will be an excellent communicator and have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation. You will have proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. It is essential you have a CIPD qualification to at least Level 5.

About the role
This role embodies all things HR, working in a small team you will collaborate with the HR Manager to ensure effective delivery of HR services and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will coach and provide professional advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices whilst handling employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary matters, and grievances, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Furthermore, you will support recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and conducting interviews. There will also be an element of compliance as you maintain accurate HR records and documentation in line with data protection regulations. You will also support timekeeping and attendance management processes and assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and processes to support organisational objectives.
